This clinical tool was developed by Andrology Australia and is endorsed by the Fertility Society of Australia.

International Prostate Symptom Score CardThe International Prostate Symptom Score (I-PSS) is based on the answers to seven questions concerning urinary symptoms and one question concerning quality of life. The total score is with the range from 0 to 35 (asymptomatic to very symptomatic).

Sexual Health Inventory For Men

SHIM ImageThe Sexual Health Inventory For Men (SHIM) is a shortened version of the validated International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF). The SHIM questionnaire includes five questions to evaluate the severity of erectile dysfunction.
The IIEF tool was first published in Urology 1997;49:822-830.
